This hotline is monitored by the Natick Police Department. While not every incident will be appropriate for legal action, the Natick Police will work closely with the Natick Freedom Team (NFT) and Natick is United (NIU) to support victims and educate where appropriate.

Potential hate crimes (including bias-motivated assault, battery and property damage) should also be reported directly to the Natick Police Department as soon as possible. Residents who fear for their immediate safety should call 911 immediately.

For anyone wishing to submit an incident via a confidential, online form (instead of calling the above hotline), please use the below form.

All form inquiries are confidentially reviewed by the NPD Police Chief, who determines if a given matter needs to be treated as criminal, in nature. If deemed to be non-criminal matter, all submitted information is provided to the NFT Team.
